Безусловно! Одно дело - КБ, другое - программа. Так ответ "Да" или "Нет"? Если нет, то где грань в цифрах. Не понимая грани в цифрах, спор получается на пальцах. Вы готовы сформулировать четкие критерии своей гипотезы?
