Если кратко, то весь заработок, с которого платится ЕСН и иже с ними (30,2% сейчас) учитывается при начислении пенсии. Раньше была лазейка в виде премии из прибыли, но сейчас она закрыта ( ч. 1 ст. 7 ФЗ от 24.07.2009 N 212-ФЗ .)
