Я не поленился спросить автора статьи в Ланцете, на что именно он ссылается в случае ЛПНП.

Thanks for the question. The Lancet limited the number of refs i could use, so i often went to general refs. if you google LDL and alcohol, there are plenty of refs in the lit. Triglycerides also go up. However, at 1 or 2 drinks per day, the HDLC goes up, and platelet adhesion goes down---there is a decreased risk for thrombosis (eg, coronary) with these low doses of alcohol.
